The tollhouse
The Toll House has a professional kitchen, formal dining room, livingroom with fireplace, and a wrap-around deck. It is close to the hot tub.

The bunkhouse
How to register:
Contact us, and let us know your preferred accommodation.
If your first choice is available, we will invoice you for 50% of the total amount. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

The remaining balance will be due on July 30, 2022 (we will invoice you to remind you).
​
Deposits are fully refundable (minus a 10% handling fee) until July 29, 2021
​
The retreat is limited to 22 writers.

Toll House Kitchen
Toll House bedroom
Connected to the Toll House by a breezeway, the Bunkhouse has its own private deck, kitchen and full bath w/clawfoot tub and shower, and large octagonal living room with built in window seats. It is also close to the hot tub.
The Bunk House is air conditioned.

Accommodations in the Bunkhouse are quadruple occupancy in 4 built-in twin bunks. Please note that the Bunkhouse is single gender female.

The Cottage
Built as two separate buildings in a secluded area adjacent to the creek, the Cottage has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with wood stove, office space, and a private deck.
The Cottage is air conditioned and ADA accessible.
​
One side has a queen bed and full bathroom with shower. The other side has the kitchen, living and dining areas, a half bath, and a very comfortable full Murphey bed.
​
The two sides of the Cottage connect by a breezeway.
​

Platform tents
There are 10 luxury tents set around the knoll of the property. Each tent is set on a wooden platfrom deck and has 2 twin beds, a fan, and a small deck for outside seating.

All tents have access to the well-equipped bath house and an outdoor kitchen. Tent guests are also welcome to use the indoor kitchen in the Barn.

The Cottage
Tent Cabins
There are 2 tent cabins tucked away at the edge of the trees. These have King beds and will be offered as single occupancy.

The Tent Cabins have access to the bath house and the outdoor kitchen, as well as the kitchen in the barn.

Note: All common areas on the property will be open to all guests. Guests staying in Platform Tents will be able to work in the barn & Toll House, as well as on the various patios

In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone, every member of our staff has been fully vaccinated.

Additionally, we will require proof of vaccination upon booking. (If you have a health restriction which prevents you from being vaccinated, please contact us.)
