Class Description
Digging Deep: Tackling Your Personal Archeology for Essays and Memoir Nothing is less interesting (or successful) than an essay or memoir that settles for superficial rumination. Even the most lighthearted pieces will resonate deeply with readers if they include profound and well-articulated personal revelations. Whether you’re interested in writing personal essay or memoir, the principle is the same. You might have a fantastic tale to tell, but without deep sharing, and an epiphany or new thought, your story is just a story. Be prepared to share fearlessly. Please note: Despite what it says on the site, there are 3 sessions to this class, February 11, February 25, and March 4. We're skipping Presidents Week. Also note: All sessions will be recorded and the recording made available to all registered participants.
